Is that a Bisquik, or an AP flour? Thank you, yours is a new one to me, I like your addition of extra cheese, onion, along with the optional garlic added and want to give these a try, we love our Sausage balls moist not wet too, but I love a good cheesy taste to mine also! Thanks!!!cajuncutiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02480851399271048815noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2227883832198553628.post-3754677180196421922021-11-23T13:08:01.517-08:002021-11-23T13:08:01.517-08:00Here's a hint to keep your sausage balls from ...Here's a hint to keep your sausage balls from being greasy, which most of them are...<br />Cover a couple of cooling racks with non-stick aluminum foil. Perforated the foil with a toothpick with a dozen or more holes and place cooling rack on a baking sheet. This will allow the grease from the sausage to drain into the baking sheet, and improve the sausage balls immensely. If you don't have non-stick aluminum foil, spray regular foil with a vegetable spray, or the balls will stick to the foil.
